LCZ (Logistiek Centrum Zwevegem) is a modern container terminal located along the Bossuit–Kortrijk canal.
Many containers arrive at our terminal via inland waterways and are then transported further by road or ship.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Crane Operator / Reachstacker Operator.
What will you do as a Crane Operator / Reachstacker Operator at LCZ?
As a Crane Operator / Reachstacker Operator, you play a key role in our container terminal. You ensure that ships are loaded and unloaded quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Your main tasks:
- Load and unload inland vessels using a crane.
- Move and stack containers on site using a reachstacker.
- Check that every container is placed correctly and safely.
- Communicate with dispatching to ensure smooth container flow.
- Perform minor technical checks on your machine and ensure safe operation.
Who is the perfect fit for this challenge in Zwevegem?
- You have experience operating a crane and/or reachstacker.
- Safety is your top priority.
- You have good technical understanding and enjoy working outdoors in an operational environment.
- You are passionate about big machines and logistics.
- You are flexible, reliable, and communicative.
