Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced forklift operator who likes to roll up your sleeves and get things done?
Do you enjoy working independently, like variety in your day and feel equally at home in the warehouse and outside on our site? Then we are looking for you!

At LCZ, you will join a logistics SME that is growing rapidly. From our warehouse, we provide storage, order processing and logistics services for our customers. As a forklift operator, you play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

You won’t be working indoors all day. You will regularly switch between the warehouse and our outdoor area, keeping your job varied. One day you may be loading and unloading trucks, while the next you are moving or storing goods outside on our site.

As an experienced forklift operator, you make sure our flow of goods runs smoothly and safely.

Your responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading trucks using the forklift.
Moving, storing and preparing goods in the warehouse and outside on our site.
Placing goods in the correct location and keeping everything well organised.
Handling incoming and outgoing goods flows correctly and safely.
Checking stock and reporting any discrepancies.
Helping prepare goods for shipment.
Working with different types of goods and loads.
Monitoring the condition and maintenance of the forklift.
Keeping your workplace clean and safe.
Always working according to our safety procedures.

Who are you?

You are an experienced forklift operator who understands what safe and efficient working means.

We are looking for someone who:

has experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics environment;
holds a valid forklift certificate;

works accurately and independently;
pays attention to order, cleanliness and safety;
takes responsibility for their work;
is punctual and flexible within the day shift;
works well with colleagues;
has a proactive and hands-on attitude.

What do we offer?

You will join a family-owned company in full growth, where you are not just a number. We value short communication lines, clear agreements and a no-nonsense approach.

You can count on:

A full-time position on a day shift, with no weekend work.
An attractive and fair salary based on your experience and skills.
Meal vouchers of €4 per day worked, with an additional €1 for each year worked.
€250 in eco-vouchers per year.
A year-end bonus.
A commuting allowance.
After 6 months, a permanent contract, including the sector’s hospitalisation insurance.
A stable job within a growing logistics SME.
A varied role where you work both indoors and outdoors.
Room for responsibility and personal input, making full use of your experience.
A friendly team where a hands-on approach and teamwork are central.

Why work at LCZ?

At LCZ, you are more than just the person driving the forklift.

You know the goods, know how to work safely and help make sure everything ends up in the right place. You see the results of your work immediately.

Thanks to the combination of warehouse work and outdoor activities, no two days are exactly the same. You stay active throughout the day and have the opportunity to put your experience and expertise to real use.

We are a growing SME with a personal and friendly atmosphere. We value people who take initiative, take responsibility and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
